Inspired by the iconography of a sacred, burning heart ~ a fire of love.
A hand-carved and sculpted frame heart and stylized flames. Cast in recycled sterling silver with an antiqued patina and 24 k gold highlights, set with textured garnet stained glass. Adorned with a faceted complementing garnet bead.
24 k gold foil was applied to the crown/flames with the ancient technique of keum boo.
The oro fiammato granato amulet measures @ 1 1/8 inches at widest, @ 2 1/4 inches long.
Pendant hangs on a 22" inch textured oxidized sterling silver chain that can be worn shorter.
One of a kind, ready to ship.
