Antiqued bronze frame set with iridescent, bubble-textured glass, found-image ephemera a detail of the Compton pattern, designed by Morris & Co.’s Chief Designer Henry Dearle. & on the back- a tiny pyrography & painted flower on birch bark from Frog Hollow. (birch is sealed for preservation, but please keep dry) Adorned with a smoky quartz bead.
This one-of-a-kind amulet is 7/8 of an inch at widest, 1 3/4 inches long.
Pendant hangs on an antiqued bronze-toned brass chain adorned with quartz beads @ 21 inches that can be worn shorter.
