A shard of Opalescent Stained glass is the focal point of this handcrafted, one of a kind Barn Owl Amulet. Inspired by Medieval illustrations of Athena's companion.
Hand cut, glowing opalescent with iridescent from white to gold to dusky pink Stained Glass is surrounded by a highly detailed barn owl frame, hand painted in an Italian rust red and antiqued gold finish. Adorned with three complementing iridescent glass beads.
Pendant is @ 1 inch at widest, 1 7/8 long including bead drop.
Necklace is @ 21 inches long but can be worn shorter. (length can be adjusted upon request when purchased.)

Clay frames are formed around them to pay tribute to the beautiful colors and textures, the history that Stained Glass in Architecture brings to mind. Alchemically hand painted to match the metal components in the chains and findings, they become unique adornments that start conversations and are joyful to wear.
